Sept 22nd Stadium Workout

Tonights workout is a fartlek workout at the statium. a 1-5-1 pyramid. 1/1/2/1/3/1/4/1/5/1/4/1/3/1/2/1/1

Where all the red is ON and the black is recovery OFF.

I was planning on trying to hold 3:40 pace for the ON and 4:05 for the OFF just for a reference, with my 10k race pace being 3:45.

This also comes with a good 2k warmup and 2k cooldown.
