Overcoming injury

Is anyone else recovering from injury? I have cuboid syndrome which doesn't seem to be shifting. Wondered if anyone had any tips for keeping sane and keeping fit. I'm still swimming and riding (a bit, no big hills), and trying to fit some yoga in too. I have not adjusted my eating habits to account for the lack of running and hence am putting on weight - grr! Need to do something about that.
