200 kick on side
100 drill, as 50 FD/ 50 zipper

400 swim, breath 100 on left, 100 on right than every 3rd, 5th, 7th, 3rd by 50
16 X 100: 1 & 2 @2:10 / 2:20 / 2:30 / Rest20 sec
3 & 4 @2:05 / 2:15 / 2:25/ Rest 15 sec
5 & 6 @2:10 / 2:20 / 2:30 / Rest 20 sec
7 & 8 @2:00 / 2:10 / 2:20/ Rest 10 sec
