Drills
2X A,B,C


Main Set @ Acadia Loop
1/1/2km @ Race Pace 60 Seconds Break between each interval

Run at 5k racepace, try and maintain same pace for 2k as you did for the 1k repeats.

Sorry I wasn't there to lead today, felt really sick
