Warm Up 1.5km Job to start.

Instead of drills, did some leg exercises.
Walk Through Lunges (3X20 [Stop if you start feeling the twinge in your hamstrings])

Main Set,

6 X 500 10k race pace.
Recovery run back to start (No stopping, recovery run should be comfortable but not "easy")

Cool down back to Tri room. 1.5k
