Run 1.5km to Acadia Loop and one lap around.

Once again leg exercises, this time 3X20 Standing Lunges.

Main Set

3 Laps Acadia Loop 10k Pace
90 seconds rest
2 Laps Acadia Loop 5k Pace
90 seconds rest
1 Lap Acadia Loop 3k Pace

Remember, Acadia loop is only 900 meters so measure your time accordingly.

Cool down back to gym
