Start off with easy warm up to Acadia loop.

Drills and stretches.

Main Set.

10X 550 meter block with 60 seconds rest after each lap. Trying to keep each lap consistent at 10 k race pace.

Take 2 minute break to recover, then run 1 lap of 1k loop at same pace.

Cool down back to gym.

Total Workout ~8k with warmup.
