Typical start - 15-20 minute warm up. Will do one lap of the stadium to show main set course.

Drills

A/B/C

Main set is a fartlek (Alternating Fast and Slow) for 34 minutes.

2F/2S/4F/2S/6F/2S/6F/2S/4F/2S/2F

Cool down back to the gym

Looks confusing but I will be timing this tomorrow.
